Education Services: Certification Programs

Chordiant's certification programs have been established to attest that individuals have the appropriate skills and body of knowledge to be a primary contributor for a successful Chordiant implementation and roll-out. 

In addition to previous experience reviews, a rigorous assessment process based on hands-on exercises deliverables, sandpit deliverables, a project presentation, and certification exams, helps certify that individuals have the range of skills, experience and
background to embrace Chordiant projects.

The Chordiant Certified Business Analyst (CCBA) is able to:

  • Effectively support a Chordiant analysis project
  • Produce analysis and functional design deliverables
  • Identify and write use cases to meet requirement definitions
  • Create business class models
  • Perform gap analysis against the Chordiant business class model
  • Customize contact history
  • Specify conceptual workflows using Chordiant's business process automation
     

The Chordiant Certified Technical Developer (CCTD) is able to:

  • Work effectively as part of a Chordiant implementation project
  • Use the Chordiant customization model to implement solutions
  • Design, implement and extend Chordiant Business Component models
  • Implement Business Services to undertaken data persistence operations
  • Use Chordiant Business Process Server to implement Business Processes
  • Use and extend the functionality of CAFE based applications such as Call Center Advisor
  • Implement Business Policies through rules or decision management

To be eligible for certification, candidates must successfully:

  • Complete the Business Analyst or the Technical Developer course
  • Complete the corresponding sandpit
  • Achieve a grade of 80% or higher in the corresponding exam

Certifications can be arranged as part of the Technical Developer or Business Analyst private or public course offerings or directly through Chordiant Worldwide Education Services.
