Education Services: Course Design

A successful training program cannot be ‘one size fits all,’ rather it must recognize that each organization has different training requirements and that experienced professionals have different training needs and learning styles.

Classic classroom delivery translates into travel expenses and high out of office costs. Our major initiative in FY-2007 is to implement and support fully blended learning solutions. These solutions combine the engaging benefits of traditional instructor led training with the advantages brought by a variety of technologies to create effective and efficient education programs and solutions.

For this, the implementation and roll-out of an effective Learning and Content Management System, an Interactive Online Training Platform, a Virtual Lab Environment, and state-of-the-art classrooms, will allows us to combine technologies, activities, and events that lead to optimum skill and knowledge transfer sessions.

Through the use of these technologies, we are able blend the appropriate Course Formats and Course Types to address any training requirements and needs.
